  1. Put Oil In A Pan Add Cumin seeds,Fennel Flower Seeds And Small Onion slice Fry It Till it Turns Golden In Colour......
  2. Add Ginger Garlic Paste,Slice Tomatoes And All Spices Add 2 Tbsp Water,Green Chillies& Cover it And Keep It On Low Flame Untill Tomatoes Tenderize....
  3. Another Pan Add 1 Tbsp Oil And Add Turaii and Fry Untill It Becomes Light Green......Then Set A Side
  4. Check The Tomatoes....Start Broiling The Spices (Masala Bhun lein)
  5. Now Add Tuari in This Mixture cover It & Keep it On Low Flame Until Turai Tenderize And Mix With Tomatoes.....Dry It's Water By Broiling(Bhunai Karen)
  6. At This Stage Add Tamarind Pulp(imli)and Cover it For 3 mins.....Now Add Roasted Crushed Coriander and Mix It.....Serve It With Chapati...
