- 3-4 tbsp roasted Semolina
- 1 small Onion
- 3 tbsp chopped Tomato
- 3 tbsp grated Carrot
- 2 tbsp chopped Capsicum

- 1 tsp fruit salt (ENO) or Baking soda
- 1/2 cup Curd
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp special roasted homemade masala
- 1/2 grated Ginger
- As Required Water
- 2 tsp Oil
- As Required Little Oil for toasting
Instructions to make to make Poha Toast
- Assemble ingredients, and finely chop all veggies.

- Grind flattened rice for few seconds.
In a mixing bowl add flattened rice + semolina + sugar + salt + ginger + green chilli + curd + little water and mix well. Keep aside for 10 - 12 minutes.
- Then add all chopped vegetables + special masala and mix well. The mixture will absorb all water, so add water accordingly, we need an idli batter-like consistency.
So add water as required, lastly, add fruit salt / baking soda and give a gentle mix.
- Grease sandwich maker mould, add around 3 tbsp of mixture and spread evenly.
Switch on the sandwich maker and toast for around 7-8 minutes, the upper surface dries up and turns slight brownish.
- After a few seconds, de mould and it is ready to Serve.
