Instructions to make to make Fried Rice
- In a large non-stick kadai heat 2 tbsp oil & stir fry 2 cloves garlic.


- Also saute 1/2 chopped onion, 2 tbsp spring onion until they sweat.
- Add the chopped vegetables,1/2 tsp salt,stir fry on high flame without over cooking the vegetables.

- Now add 1 tbsp soya sauce & 1 tbsp vinegar,stir fry until sauce is combined well.


- Keeping the flame on high add cooked rice.Now add 1 tsp pepper,salt to taste.



- Stirfry by mixing well making sure rice grains won't break.Add spring onions & mix well.


- Finally enjoy veg fried rice hot with raita.
