- 1 cup cabbage (julienne cut)
- 1 cup capsicum (julienne cut)
- Spring onion (julienne cut) white part
- Spring onion green part
- 1-1/2 tablespoons black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon white pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon soya sauce
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- Salt to taste
- Tarka
- 4-5 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger julienne cut
- 5-6 green chilies julienne cut

- Thousand island sauce
Instructions to make to make Singaporian Rice
- Sab se prhly chawal ko boil krlyn.

- Chicken bnany k lie auk wok me oil gram kryn ginger garlic paste add kryn. Chicken k pieces parly aur choty rkhny hyn.



- Chicken ka color chnge hony tak fry kryn phr sary spices add krdyn.



- Mix kar k sary sauces bhi add krdyn ayr medium flame oar paka lyn.



- Jab sara pani dry hojaye to flame off krdyn. Chicken fry ready hy. Meny thori c saucey rakhi thi blkul dry nhn ki thi.


- Spaghetti bnany k lie same wok me oil grma karyn ginger garlic paste dal k fry karyn. Aur sari vegetables add kardyn. 5-6 minutes tak high flame par pkani hy.



- Phr sary spices and sauces add karyn aur spaghetti add kar kar nicely mix karyn. Flame off kardyn aur ab uper spring onion and sesame oil dal k mix karlyn. (Sesame oil last me hi add hoga)



- Assembling karny k lie pehly plate mrle rice dalyn phr spaghetti aur phr chicken. Yahan meny jaldi jaldi me phly chicken dal di thi 😁🤦🏼♀️



- Phr us par thousand island sauce dalyn evenlyn har jaga dalyn. Zaiqa bht ziada mazydar hojata hy is se.


- Ab last me tarka lagayn gy. Aik choty se pan me oil gram karyn ginger and green chilli ko fry karyn aur platter par tarka laga dyn.



- Tarka lgany k bad garma garamsingaporian rice serve karyn. ❤️
