  1. First boil the water then add soaked basmati rice and 1/2 tsp salt to cook
  2. Rice should be Done 80-90 percent then through strainer remove all excess water from rice
  3. When rice is boiling that we can chopped all the vegetables in medium size
  4. Then heat the oil in pan or a tava but normally at home we don't have big size tava that's why we use pan or kadai to make tawa pulao
  5. After heating the oil add jeera then add chopped onions with green peas and green chilli stir fry till onion get light brown
  6. Then add chopped tomato and carrot stir fry for veggies get soft add turmeri powder, red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala mix it well in veggies
  7. Then add your boil rice in the pan mix it all together with veggies add salt and chopped capsicum in it
  8. Stir for 2-3 min the tawa pulao is ready to serve
  9. Garnish with chopped green coriander leaves and spring onion leaves
