Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Mixed Fried Rice:
- 500 gms basmati rice
- 150 gms boneless chicken
- 150 gms prawns
- 3 pcs egg
- vegetables
- 1/2 cup carrot
- 25 gms beans
- 100 gms capsicum
- 25 gms cabbage
- 1 tsp chopped ginger and garlic
- 25 gms spring onions
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp soya sauce
- 2 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp tomato sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 50 ml white oil
- 1 tsp ajino moto (optional)
Steps to make to make Mixed Fried Rice
- At first, chopped all the vegetables. Cook the rice separately, but the rice not to be too soft. Keep aside the rice to cool down.
- Marinate the boneless chicken with salt, black pepper powder, vinegar & soya sauce. Mix the ingredients and keep it aside for at least 15min.
- Marinate the prawns with salt, black pepper powder, vinegar & soya sauce. Mix the ingredients and keep it aside.
- Break eggs, add salt and black pepper salt, beat the eggs.
- Take a pot, heat it, put oil, fry chicken pieces, prawns and beaten egg separately. Keep aside
- Take another big pot, heat it, put oil, fry chopped ginger and garlic, after 2min add chopped onions, after 2min later add chopped vegetables. Fry the vegetables, but keep it crunchy. Throughout the cooking process, keep the stove flame high.
- Next, add the pre-cooked rice, sugar, salt, black pepper powder, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and pre-fried chicken pieces, prawn and scrambled egg. Note: At this point, you can switch off the stove flame while adding the ingredients.
- Now switch on the stove flame and stair all the ingredients with the rice so that it will mix well uniformly. After cooking of 5-7min, add chopped spring onions and mix it thoroughly. Switch off the stove flame.
- Finally, add ajinomoto (optional) and mix it further. It can be garnished further with chopped spring onion. It can be served with chilli chicken.
