  4. 2 tomatoes chopped
  5. 1small bowl green peas (optional)

  7. 1small bowl Coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilli
  8. 100 grms paneer cubed
  9. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  10. as required Water
  11. 1 tsp lemon juice
  12. as required Dry spices
  13. 6 blackpepper
  14. 4 cloves
  15. 2 bay leaf
  16. 2 small cinnamon stick
  17. 2 black carardamom
  18. 2 green cardamom
  19. 1 small orange food color
  20. as required Few drops kewra water
  21. 1/4 tsp garam masala
  22. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  23. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder, black pepper
  24. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  25. 1 cup curd whisked
  26. 1/2 tsp biryani masala I used everest
  27. as required Few cashews
  28. as per your taste Salt
  29. as required Oil

Instructions to make to make Paneer sabzi biryani

  1. Soak rice before 1 hr take a big pan add water few drops of oil bring
    It boil, then add some ginger garlic paste 1 cinnamon stick, bay leaf,salt and rice cooked until 90 %done. Drain off and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in kadai add sabut garam masala, ginger garlic paste along with all chopped vegetables sauté well on high flame.
  3. Take whisked curd add all the dry spices along with lil water put that into kadai and mix well. Add paneer mix with light hand..Layer the cooked rice and vegetables.
  4. Top with some coriander, green chilli, mint leaves, add few drops of kewra water, and orange food color, 1 tsp lemon juice and lil water. Cover or dum it on low flame till 15-20 mins.
    After 20 minutes switch off gas keep rest for 5 mins and serve hot with raita and sweets.
