  8. 1cup red capsicum
  9. 1 cup Chana jor garam
  10. 1cup All in one namkeen
  11. 1 tsp Black salt
  12. 1tsp White salt
  13. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  14. 1tsp Red chilli
  15. 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  16. 3 tbsp Chaat masala powder
  17. 1 tsp Hing Pani Puri masala
  18. 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  19. 11/2 tbsp Tamrind pulp
  20. 1tbsp Ground nut
  21. 1/2 tsp Biryani masala
  22. 1/2 cup Hung curd

Steps to make to make TamriceFruitnamChaat

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add ground nut, biryani masala,salt, Tamrind pulp.Cook for 2mins
  2. Now add cooked rice and toss well in Tamrind masala. In Another bowl mix chaat masala,roasted cumin powder, black salt and chill powder, pineapple pulp and lemon juice in a bowl
  3. Add all the cuts fruits & sprouts one by one a in the bowl and toss them well.
  4. Than add chana jor and all in one namkeen mixture.Again toss well.Now use rapping film over the fruit bowl and chill in the refrigerator for 1/2 hours.
  5. Now mix chaat masala in hang curd
  6. Pour approx 1inch all in one namkeen mixture on the bottom of glass and pour some lemon juice then top Tamrind rice and hang curd and fruitnumchaat mixture layered by layered until the glass not fill.
  7. For decoration top the rice ball and banana,capsicum & orange slice.serve this chaat chilled..
