- 1 cup chicken boneless small pieces
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Tandori masala
- Chicken
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- Marinated chicken
- Rice
- 2 cup rice soaked for 1 hour
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 cup Peas boiled
- 1 tsb cumin seeds
- Water as required
- 2 tbsp oil
- Spaghetti boil
- 1 cup spaghetti (200 gms)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 3 cup Water or as required
- Spaghetti sauce(masala)
- 1 tbsp Chilli sauce
- 1 tsp Soya sauce
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsb Black pepper
- 1 tsp Chicken powder
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Vegetable
- 1 Capsicum(chopped)
- 1 cup Cabbage(chopped)
- 1 small size Onion(chopped)
- 1 small size Tomato(chopped)
- 1/2 cup peas (boiled)
- Vegetable spaghetti
- Boiled spaghetti
- Vegetables
- Spaghetti sauce
- 4 tbsp oil
- Tarka
- 4 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 green chilli
- 1/2 tomato
- 4 tbsp oil
- Mayo sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Instructions to make to make Singaporean Rice😍
- Chicken marination: Take a bowl add chicken, chilli sauce, vinegar, soya sauce, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, green chilli powder and tandori masala mix it and rest for 1 hour.

- Chicken: take a pan add oil and garlic then add marinated chicken cover it and cook on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes. After that our chicken is ready.



- Rice: on other side take a pan add water bring it to boil then add soaked rice and salt cook on high flame for 3 minutes then add boiled peas and cumin seeds and cook until rice is done. Then stain it.



- Now add chilli sauce, vinegar and oil cover it and put on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. After that rice is ready.


- Spaghetti boil: take a pan add water bring it to boil then add spaghetti, oil and salt cook on high flame for 10 to 15 minutes then strain it.



- Spaghetti sauce: take a bowl add chilli sauce, soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, chicken powder, salt, oregano and Thyme and mix it well. Sauce is ready. Cut all vegetables in Julian form.



- Make vegetables Spaghetti: take a wok add oil heat it then add vegetables and spaghetti sauce and mix it well and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.



- Add boiled peas mix it then Add boiled spaghetti mix it well and cook for 2 minutes. After that our vegetables Spaghetti is ready.



- Mayo sauce: take a bowl and add mayonnaise, ketchup, vinegar and chilli garlic sauce and mix it well. Our sauce is ready


- Tarka: take a pan and add oil and haet it then add garlic green chilli and tomato and fry it until it become golden brown. Tarka is ready.

- Assembling: take your serving dish first put rice then vegetables spaghetti and then put chicken.



- Now add tarka on top and then drizzle mayo sauce.



- Serving: our delicious Singaporean rice plater is ready serve and enjoy the taste😋😍
