  2. 1/2 kg Rice
  3. 250 gms Spring onions
  4. 1 cup Carrot
  5. 1 cup Capsicum
  6. 1 cup Cabbage

  8. 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  9. 1 tbsp Garlic
  10. 2 tsp Black pepper
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 4 tbsp Soya sauce

  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry garlic for a minute.
  4. Add in minced meat.
  5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Add in all the vegetables and spices.
  7. Cook covered on slow flame for 10 minutes more.
  8. Boil the rice.
  9. Add rice to the pan.
  10. Pour soya sauce over rice.
  11. Cook covered on slow flame for 10 minutes.
  12. Serve hot.
