Steps to make to make Singaporean Rice
- Chawal dho lain aur soak karlein pani mein 15 min.
- Namak daal kar chawal boil karlein.
- Anday beat karlain namak aur kali mirch powder ke sath. Pan main 1 tbsp oil lain aur anday pakka lain khageena bana lain
- Dusray pan main 1 tbsp oil lain. Uss mein adrak lehsan paste lain 1 tbsp aur fry karlein. Ab chicken dalein aur 10 min pakayein
- Chicken main ketchup, soya sauce, cheeni, namak, kuti laal mirch, lal mirch powder dal kar mix karein. Aik cup pani dalein aur slow flame par pakaein.
- Dusray bartan mein 1 tbsp oil lain aur us mein 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste lain aur sari sabziyan chop kar ke dalein aur fry karlein.
- Noodles boil karlein. Aik dish main chawal ki layer lagayein us par chicken aur sabzi ki layer lagayein, phir noodles daalein, aur phir anday aur spring onion sey garnish karein.
