- Take a pan or kadai heat oil and butter and add all the whole masala

- When it starts cracking add 2 sliced onion and fry. Sauté a bit and then add paneer cubes and fry till both changes there color

- Add all the blanched vegetables and cook for few minutes

- Add ginger garlic and green chill paste and mix it well with light hands

- Soak saffron in lukewarm milk

- Add all the dry masala and toss it well

- Add curd and mix well

- Take a heavy bottom pan and start arranging the biryani. First layer cooked vegetables and second layer rice

- Take another pan and deep fry 2 sliced onions and cashews till brown in color

- Now arrange the biryani in same manner and then add biryani essence and soaked saffron

- At the last place the fried onions and cashews
